Since my sims have to do quite a lot extra tasks back home, I decide to make them easier at working time.
THIS MOD ONLY INCREASES PERFORMANCE AT WORK/SCHOOL.
Your sims still have to do the extra requirements at home.

Maxis/EA Defaults
“Work/Study Hard” increases the performance 1.5 times than “Normal”.

Mod Effects (3 Flavors)
X2.5: “Work/Study Hard” increases the performance 2.5 times than “Normal”.
X5: “Work/Study Hard” increases the performance 5 times than “Normal”.
X10: “Work/Study Hard” increases the performance 10 times than “Normal”.
