Mods: Change Outfit On Inactive Sims by Shimrod101 from Mod The Sims
This mod enables the Change Outfit function on all sims by clicking on them, as you do when socializing. The sim will be swapped immediately to the selected outfit; can be used also with the game on Pause. Besides the normal outfits, Career is also available for sims who have a career or former career.
Also on the active sim, Career becomes available on the standard Change Outfit menu (it normally isn’t available, at least not in my game).
This mod uses the file: cheat_ChangeOtherSimsOutfit_E882D22F_00000000_0000000000003353.xml
Unzip the file and use the .package file in the Mods folder or a subfolder.
