I downloaded a lot of personalized stuff for my The Sims 4 in your website. But when I was in the middle of the Create A Sim, the game just stopped running and showed up a message saying “The Sims 4 had just stop running.” I am sure that the problem is the personalized content, because this never happened before.
Do you know what is going on? I don’t want to stop playing the game with the personalized content.
