Houses and Lots: Peacemaker’s Modern Home by simbunnyRT from Mod The Sims
This is a one bedroom modern home or loft that’s furnished with a semi-industrial style with rustic undertones. The color scheme I used to furnish this house are pastel blues with a hint of bright yellows and pastel pinks scattered around. As always, this house is littered with a lot of plants especially on the second floor.
This house has a tiny living room adjacent to the kitchen and dining area as well as a foyer and a window seating space just beside the main door. This house has a fully furnished and super cozy backyard where your sim could hang out or simply chill while reading a book. The second floor is where the bedroom is as well as a tiny space where the study is. There’s also an easel and a guitar there.
